Grande Degustazione - 16th Annual Italian Wine Tasting
On October 31st, the Toronto office of the Italian Trade Commission hosted the 16th annual wine tasting event at Roy Thompson Hall. The gathering featured over 67 leading Italian wine producers featuring over 300 wines from 14 Italian regions. For this occasion nearly 1000 guests representing the hospitality and wine industry along with the media were in attendance. The wine tasting offered an opportunity for Italian wine producers to promote their product to Canadian markets. It is considered the leading event of its kind in Canada and includes a series of tasting tours across the country.
