Main Activity
ITP Invest in Turin and Piedmont, is the investment promotion agency for Turin and Piedmont and the one-stop-shop for foreign businessmen who want to start operating in Piedmont.
Created by the main public institutions and private business associations, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to securing new investments from overseas.
ITP assists foreign companies in every phase of their investment project and offers a wide range of services: market information, feasibility studies, information on incentives, grants, fiscal issues, labour market, selection of location, assistance to facilitate relationships with the public administration, help in creating contacts with local companies and research centres and much more.
ITP guarantees its support as the company expands and develops, until the operations are established. All the services are free and confidential.
Since its creation in 1998, ITP has been improving its knowledge of the FDI market competition ad adopting a pro-actIve marketing strategy with a high focus on the exiting specific assets on the regional economic texture.
It has also strengthened among its founders the awareness of the importance of Foreign Direct Investments and generally speaking of a welcoming climate for inward international flows into the region.

INNOVATIVE PROCESSES/SERVICES/PRODUCTS: ITP supports companies in developing their investment projects in Piedmont through macroeconomic factors and market research, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, introduction to public and private agents in the region, selection of location opportunities in the target areas (objective 2 and phasing out) funded by the EU, and 360° support for the identification of incentives and fiscal advantages for investments.
NETWORKING: ITP is a part of an international network run in collaboration with ICE - Istituto nazionale per il Commercio Estero (Invest in Italy Desks of London, Berlin, Los Angeles and Tokyo); ITP also has collaboration agreements with the Italian Chamber of Commerce of London and of Frankfurt.
EXPERTISE: ITP has successfully supported the set-up of over 85 companies and has been in contact with more than 1,500 companies.
