Italian wines: a new website in Vietnamese is now online

It’s all about Italian Wines the first specialized website in Vietnamese recently published online by the Italian trade commission (Itc) of Ho Chi Minh City, in connection with a promotion started in November 2007 and ending in June 2008.

Ruouvangy.com provides not only an overview of prestigious Italian denominations and a unique collection of information about wine culture but also a selection of companies already selling or willing to sell Italian wines in Vietnam. Distributors and producers alike can submit their company and product information visiting the following web page.

Journalists and the press can submit to the website owners their published materials which include information about Italian wines for posting in the Wine culture section. Exchange of banners with other websites on a free basis are also sought for at this time. The main website’s functions and content are summarized in the table below.

On the occasion of the launch of www.ruouvangy.com , the Itc has organized a promotion reserved to people working at hotels, restaurants and wine trading companies, in Vietnam . A simple quiz can be found on some magazines or downloaded from the website; it has to be filled out and faxed back to Itc by June 6, 2008. Bottles of Italian wine kindly provided by some 11 producers will be delivered to awarded respondents.
