Italian mechanics, quality and innovation at Metallurgy-Litmash and Wire Russia

Reliable and cutting-edge plants and machinery for foundries, and wire and cable machinery, made to last over time and built using the latest technology. These are the key protagonists of two important events dedicated to mechanics held in Russia from 25 to 28 June. Precisely, Metallurgy-Litmash 2013 and Wire Russia, both hosted at the Zao Expocentr Moscow and for which Italian companies are already getting ready. In both cases, ICE, the Italian Trade Commission, has selected the best, assisted by the two trade associations, Amafond (Italian Foundry Machinery and Products Association) and Acimaf (Italian Wire Machinery Manufacturers Association). The goal is to provide the fullest possible overview of the foundry machine sector as well as the cable machinery sector, while maintaining high quality standards in order to attract the interest of visitors and professionals visiting the Made in Italy stands. The commercial relations between the two countries are good: Italian exports of plants and machinery for foundries have in fact shown a satisfactory growth trend over the years, making Italy one of the leading Russian suppliers, and the same applies to wire and cable machinery, an area in which Italian companies are the second largest supplier for the Russian market. In particular with regards to this second market, more than 75% of the sector production is designated for foreign markets, with a great attention towards the Russian market, in constant expansion, which has a strategic significance for the sector's exporting companies. Starting from these solid foundations we will endeavour to do even more, conquering new market positions and trying to establish solid relationships with new companies. All this thanks also to the role of ICE, which will manage advertising activities in trade magazines and hospitality at the fair. Past editions of these two events, held in 2011, have been very successful: there were 243 exhibitors from 24 countries at Metallurgy-Litmash, on an exhibition area of 3500 square meters, while for Wire Russia, on a slightly larger area, of 4000 square meters, 226 companies from 29 different countries were present. The goal, again, is to attract everyone to the Made in Italy pavilions, with plenty of quality and expertise and where you will be able to find information on all the novelties.
