EL.EN: THE LASER AT THE SERVICE OF THE BODY
Rome - (Ign) - DEKA, a company from the El.En group, has developed a laser system for combating cellulite. The product is called Laserlipolisi and is based on an advanced technique for the removal of the adipose tissue localised in those areas of the body where diets and physical exercise are normally ineffective. Laserlipolisi is an Italian technology which is now used all over the world and is based on a treatment for laser-assisted liposculpture. The Smartlipo laser causes the membrane of adipose cells to break, transforming them into an oily substance which is then absorbed and naturally eliminated by the body. The results lead to an attractive figure in a short time, without any of the side effects associated with more aggressive procedures.
The power of the laser is also used in the treatment of acute and chronic lesions, such as cartilage damage. Hilt (High Intensity Laser Therapy), by Deka, is at the forefront in therapy for this type of pathology, thanks to two fundamental qualities: strength of penetration and uniformity of the laser band.
The Deka technology is also applied to dental care. Thanks to the collaboration with universities and research institutes, the Italian company has perfected SmartLite & Smartbleach, a method for whitening teeth. SmartLite is also used for periodontic and endodontic treatments, and soft tissue surgery. The Deka technology is able to improve and speed up the daily practice of dental care because it is based on a single innovative method which keeps the enamel intact.
DEKA designs and produces laser apparatus and light sources for the needs of the medical sector, which are distributed in over 60 countries all over the world. In the field of dermatological treatment and aesthetic medicine, DEKA has brought out a whole range of products, including a pulsed light source, and a platform expandable for future therapeutic opportunities. Excilite-”, meanwhile, is the evolution of the most advanced technology for the treatment of psoriasis and vitiligo.
