CESAR is a non profit making association working mainly in the fields of agriculture, rural development, improvement and conservation of natural resources.The Centre provides: analysis of macro and micro marketing; analysis of the current national and international agricultural situation; management of agricultural holdings; evaluation of farming strategies; technical assistance; designing and planning; project monitoring and evaluation; training.
