GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY
IFOA International Projects Department has developed strong in-house backstopping and extensive knowledge of EC project management procedures which we can draw on to manage internationally financed technical assistance projects world-wide. Our major competences are:
- Education and training: Training needs analysis; Training systems design; Curricula development; Training of trainers; Training of students; Training of managers, practictioners etc.; Training packages production; Organisation of focused study tours and work placements.
- Consultancy: Development of business links; Institution-building; Analysis and Evaluation; Programme Coordination and Management of Activities; Creation, development and management of training centres.


MAJOR PROJECTS
1999-2003 - EU Meda Programme - 3,5 Meuro - Support to the programme for the reform of professional education, Morocco, To provide the management and consultancy expertise to the Programme, Management Unit for the reform of the vocational education and training system, in Morocco

1998-2001 - EU Tacis Programme - 1,75 Meuro - Establishment of an Accountancy Training Centre, Armenia, Creation of an accountancy training centre for provision of post-graduate courses for students and training for trainers and entrepreneurs

1995-1999 - EU Tacis Programme - 4,5 Meuro - Creation of and support to a Market Skills Development Centre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Training courses for trainers and SME entrepreneurs and development of training packages in Marketing, Management, Accountancy and Human Resources on site; arrangement of study-tours in Italy
