Description	"The Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) is organizing, in cooperation with the Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE), and with the support of Fairtrade Italy and the Italian Cotton and Linen Industries Foundation, the Seminar "Fairtrade Cotton promotion in Italy", which will take place in Milan, at the ICE office - Corso Magenta 59, on 18th November 2009.
Objectives	The aim of the meeting is to inform Italian companies about the use of Fairtrade organic cotton, illustrate the Fairtrade certification system and present European trends and best practice in this field, also considering that the year 2009 is the International Year of Natural Fibres.
Programme	The program of the seminar will be dedicated to representatives of the production and distribution of Italian garments and clothing, and will include speeches by the Fair Trade Labelling Organization; by representatives of the African Cotton producers associaton and representatives of the Italian textile- clothing sector.
