The ICE International Training division organises two Seminars in Australia addressed to managers and civil servants involved in the internationalisation process.

  • Introduction: structure and rationale of the seminar
    An overall introduction will be given to illustrate the rational for the choice of the topics and the interconnection among the topics selected
  • Models of Technology transfer An overview of today available models of Technology Transfer in the world will be presented
  • Overview of the Biotech sector in Italy A general overview of this sector in Italy will be given, illustrating success cases
  • Collaborative Research in the EU The European Union Framework Programs of research, development and innovation: Life Sciences and Biotechnology-related programs
  • Case Studies Example of collaborative research in Europe in the food sector: the NOCHEMFOOD project: structure, objective and major achievements Examples of technology transfer projects: from academic research to high-tech spin-offs
  • Discussion and B2B meeting
The aim of the Seminars is to awaken participants to the topics above, and create the opportunity to develop industrial and commercial relationship with Italy.
