The ICE International Training Office organises a Training Seminar in Bosnia and Herzegovina on "Financial markets: the Italian stock exchange" addressed to officers from the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
It will take place in Sarajevo from 26th to 27th May 2008.

Objectives
|
To develop commercial and economic co-operation among the two countries through the upgrading of the knowledge of International Management and Trade.

Programme |
The training initiative will be structured in a two days seminars and will have the following programme:
May 26th
- Organization of the managed markets by Italian Stock Exchange (transaction rules for different market fields)
- Advantages offered by the Italian Stock Exchange for quoted companies and for general economy
- Advantages of values emission (equities, derivatives, bonds, warrant etc.) with respect to tradizional ways (bank credit)
- Types of financing in US and UE markets
- The importance of a good business management to get financing through values emission

- Objectives, responsabilities and principles
- Investment attractions strategies
