Description	According to the Program Agreement with Marche Region, ICE is going to organize a training course for 14 Latin-American and Caribbean trade operators of "Marche" origins as follows: 5 from Argentina, 5 from Brazil, 2 from Chile, 2 from Panama.
Objective	Such initiative has the aim of promoting cooperation among the trading companies of Marche Region and Latin-American/Caribbean citizens of "Marche" origins, who would like to build or deepen professional relations with their fathers' land. The course will be held in Spanish and Italian. Therefore applicants should preferably have a good knowledge of Italian language. ICE will pay for participants' travel and accommodation in Italy during the course (flight ticket, board, lodging, transportation, insurance).
Programme	This 10-day course, organized by ICE International Training Division and by ICE Office in Ancona, is going to include both class lesson and a "study tour" of trading companies. Class lessons will take place at ICE Ancona from the 5th to the 17th of October 2009. Class lessons will deal with the following arguments - Internationalization of small and medium companies - Social and economic structure related to Marche industrial districts with particular attention to participants' trade sectors; - Enterprise creating and financing (Business Plan, Start,Up, European Structural Funds, Local development) - Quality Certificate. Other themes could be discussed on participants' request.
