The two days seminar intend to facilitate international trade of Ukrainian’s Small and Medium Enterprises. In particular SME increase profits and reduce risks by relying on time-tested practices and techniques. Thus - for example - Ukrainians traders should understand how to construct an effective and complete contract of sales, since this "master agreement" will in turn determine the other documents to be procured, such as the transport documents, insurance policy, payment-related documents etc..
