ICE International Training division will organize a Seminar for EDPA officers, which will be held in Damascus from 28nd to 29th of March 2011. The programme will be structured as follows: INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT PROCEDURES How to prepare from a "contractual" point of view (for the legal aspects) to access a foreign market (preparation of a check-list, business-planning, tax-planning); The negotiation phase of some clauses in purchase and sale contracts, in particular in a contract c.d. "turn key contract", concerning the payment of penalties, of direct and indirect damages, of the competent Forum and of the applied law, of arbitration; The economic-financial situation at international level and in particular in the Mediterranean area with regards to the trend of commercial relationships EXPERT: MR.
