Description	The ICE International Training Division is organising two seminars in Croatia focused on Tourism, addressed to SME 's managers and government officials from Croatian's Institutions /Agencies involved in tourism sector and in the internationalisation process of local enterprises.It will take place in Zagreb the 2nd and the 3rd of December 2009.
Objectives	To develop commercial and economic co-operation among the two countries through the upgrading of the knowledge of International Management and Trade.
Programme	The training initiative will be structured in a two days, programme as follows: Cultural microdestination's identity The traditional design in tourist sector Destination managementArchaeological tourism
