The ICE International Training division and the ICE office in Sofia will hold a Training Seminar for Bulgarian SMEs on the subject of "International Marketing".
This one and a half-day course aims to offer a comprehensive view of key issues companies wishing to tackle overseas markets must be familiar with. These include basic concepts ranging from the marketing mix, the product life cycle, segmentation and positioning to pricing strategies, choosing distribution channels and how to conduct a market survey.
Other topics will include an overview of the world's main economic blocs, the European Single Market, promoting products overseas, success factors, effective use of the Internet, of international Trade Fairs and of the services offered by Trade Promotion Organisations.
This Seminar, targeting middle management from Bulgarian SMEs, is part of a successful series of management training initiatives organised with our now long-standing partners, the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), a Government body operating within the framework of the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism.
