The Italian Trade Commission (ITC) will again organize the participation of about 30 food and wine companies at the 10^th Midwest edition of the prestigious International Fancy Food & Confection Show.

The upcoming event will inaugurate the co-location of the entire exhibition with the Organic Trade Association (OTA) and the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA).

The Italian participation will cover an area of 3,200 square feet and will showcase a rather complete range of products, like pasta, olive oil, preserved vegetables, cheese, wines and sweets.

The exhibition organizers estimate approximately 16,000 visitors will pass through the open doors of the show.

As in the past, they will be greeted by an outstanding visible characteristic of Italy’s representation and by Italian authentic products of the highest quality.

ITC will have its own Information Booth within the Italian presence.
