The ICE International Training division and the ICE office in Bucarest will hold a one-day Training Seminar in Romania on "International commercial contracts".

This Seminar, targeting middle management from Romanian SMEs and public officers, is part of a successful series of management training nitiatives organised with our now long-standing partners, CRPC (Romanian Trade Promotion Centre), CCIR (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania) and CCIAT (Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agricolture of Timisoara), entrusted with the internationalisation process of local enterprises.

These Seminars are part of a wider training programme whose aim is to develop trade relations between Italy and its partners, through the enhancement of knowledge and expertise in the field of international management and trade.

The presentation of the speaker, Silverio Ianniello, will be focused on the following main topics: "foreign markets" from legal and contractual point of view; technical and pratical issues related to international contracts: in particular the preparation of a "turnkey" contract; international conventions regarding arbitration for the resolution of commercial disputes: examples and case studies.
