ICE International Training division is organising two seminars on Quality management in the agro-food sector, that will take place in Hochiminh
City (14-15 March 2011) and in Hanoi (17-18 March 2011).
The Seminar is addressed to managers and civil servants involved in the internationalisation process.
Food safety has always been a prerogative for european nations. The increasing globalization of trade and also public worries after BSE, dioxin and listeria crisis, have
boosted quality management approaches to the forefront of international trade concerns. Which are the most widely used of these methods adopted by agro-food firms in order
to manage contamination risks?
How does public institutions and private actors in the agro-food business are responding to public's worries and doubts? ISO 9000 and ISO 22000 standards, HACCP and GMP
are some of those approaches that in the more developed markets are increasingly required.
